Servis Ultimate Legacy Challenge: Chapter Eighteen
Adam:
Lucky didn’t make it to the back corner of the lot to do his business. I cleaned up the puddle on the front porch.
Lisa was already in bed, so I climbed into bed next to her and we went to sleep.
The next morning, I gave Lucky a bath. He smelled and needed it badly. I think he rolled in something he shouldn’t have.
When Lisa got up, she came and hugged me. I’m hoping that she feels better.
Lucky found some tiberium! I had to go to Aleister’s to get it cut, so I called a babysitter. Edmund Lapointe is very good with children.
I picked up Briella and attacked her with the claw. She giggled and laughed.
Brandon celebrated his birthday and became a toddler. He looks a little disappointed.
Briella and I sat on the floor so I could teach her to talk. It didn’t take long for her to learn the words.
Briella learned to walk that night. She has not yet mastered the xylophone or the peg box toy.
Lisa ran across the street to Summer Hill Springs park just to brush Lucky. He’s so spoiled! When she returned, she told me that Lucky had fleas. She went upstairs to take a shower.
I ran to the store and purchased a Pet Hygienator. I set it up in the front yard and managed to get Lucky to use it. The fleas were gone!
That night, Lisa and I watched the stars together from the front porch. It was only lightly overcast, and the stars were shining brightly.
I sold the tiberium spires and tiberium dust that I grew on the side of the house for §119,370 Simoleons! Lisa fulfilled her lifetime wish of living in the lap of luxury.
Adam: We are worth over §205,000 Simoleons. I think we should buy a new car.
Lisa: That would be nice. The old jalopy has served us well, but it’s time to retire her.
Adam: Shall we go car shopping tomorrow? We could stop by the winter festival afterwards. We’ll need to buy another stroller for Brandon.
Brandon and Briella were playing together. Brandon was showing Briella his rag doll.
Briella was hungry, so I gave her a bottle.
Lisa: We made some cute kids together.
Adam: Yes, we did.
Lisa: Could you move that bathing contraption to the side of the house where it can’t be seen from the street?
Adam: I’ll do it right away.
I can’t believe that Briella is a child already!
She asked for a bedtime story. She chose the cookbook from the shelf.
Lisa put Brandon to bed. He was exhausted and fell asleep right away.
I played some darts before bed.
I got a nice score.
