Servis Ultimate Legacy Challenge: Chapter Sixteen
Lisa:
Briella played with the peg toybox. She’s getting better at putting the shapes in the right holes.
Lucky is so cute. He looks like a miniature Saint Bernard. He’s been so good at going to the back of the lot to do his business.
I’ve been promoted to Carnivorous Plant Tender. I hope they don’t make me grow one of those at home.
Lisa: Hello, Ethan.
Ethan: Congratulations on your promotion.
Lisa: Thank you.
Ethan: How are you?
Lisa: I’m pregnant again.
Ethan: That’s wonderful news. How are you feeling?
Lisa: So far it’s been an easy pregnancy. The baby is starting to move around a lot.
Ethan: How did Adam take the news?
Lisa: He’s excited. We’re hoping for a boy this time.
When I got home, Briella was in the toybox again. This time she chose the toy rocket to play with.
Adam came into the nursery just to kiss me. He’s so sweet!
Lucky demanded some attention, so Adam brushed him until his coat gleamed.
Lisa: So, have you given some thought to names for this baby?
Adam: Well, we had picked out the name Brandon for a boy.
Lisa: We did. Or maybe Bryan? What if this one is also a girl?
Adam: What do you think of Brenda?
Lisa: It’s a cute name. I like Becca, too.
Adam: We’ve got a little while yet to decide.
Lisa: True.
My brother, Arlo, has been seeing Madison VanWatson.
Adam: Do you want to watch some TV?
Lisa: Sure.
We sat on the couch together. Adam put his arm around me and pulled me close.
He kissed me.
Then we watched the gardening channel together.
Later, I was potty training Briella, and she made the cutest face. I had to get a picture.
Lucky loves to be brushed every day.
Adam has been eternally faithful to me, and I to him. I love him so much.
It was time for Briella to go to bed, but Adam had other ideas.
He read Briella a bedtime story called Jimmy Sprocket and the Squishy Stone. She seems to be enjoying it.
~texansky~ I celebrated my 64th birthday this week, so I didn’t play as much on this story. I will have a larger post next week. Adam and Lisa are throwing a Gift Giving Party.
