Clara Graduates
Cheri:
Uncle Jamal Douglas died outside of the theatre tonight. He was barely 90.
Chance was inside his cousin’s home after midnight when Officer Morgan Clay decided to escort him home for breaking curfew.
Of course, Dad grounded him.
Chance did some laundry and took care of Bluebell, feeding her and cleaning her cage.
Mom is such a softie. She let him off the hook for helping around the house.
To be honest, I didn’t think it was right that Officer Clay went into our cousin’s house to enforce the curfew. It’s not like he was out in the streets causing trouble. He was visiting family.
The next morning, I called Aunt Brooklynn to offer our sympathy. She told me that Carl, being two days older than Clara, is a young adult now, and has joined the military. Cade is still working at the newspaper as a freelance journalist.
Mom decided it was time to paint Clara’s portrait. Having come straight from work, Mom had no idea that Dad had already started a painting of Clara.
Ratchet and Ember celebrated their birthdays and are elder cats.

Ember:
Flora quit her job at the spa to join the singer career. She and Peaches moved into a double-wide mobile home in Alryne Court called Lilac That. I wish them well.
Our cousin, Cade Douglas and Noemi Ainsworth are expecting a baby.
Carl Douglas and Mandy Arellano are seeing one another. It sounds serious.
Flora Jackson has her eyes set on Ernie Strong. We’ll see where that goes.
Dad mastered painting, fulfilling his lifetime wish of illustrious author. I am so proud of him!
Michael, Mr. Mysterious Gnome, has passed on. His statue has been placed with the others at the back of the lot.
Mom was promoted to Vice President at the business office. She’s doing well.
Clara has been doing a little sculpting to develop her artistic talents.
Dad visited with Daron Forsythe this evening. He and his family are doing well. Florence is still working as a police officer. Chantel will be graduating from high school soon, and Claude will be a teenager in a few days.
Clara graduated. She was very happy to be done with high school.
Mom was playing bass in the back yard.
When Dad wrote The Descendants of Precious Forsythe, he was fascinated with Glenvale County where his grandmother, Precious Joy Forsythe was born. He brought up the topic at dinner and said he wants to relocate there. I think he is hoping to find out who murdered her parents when she was little.
He talked to the extended family, and they are planning to join us there. It’s been crazy around here with all of the planning and packing that needs to be done.
~texansky~ My game save has been having issues, so I am going to porter all of the Forsythe families and their friends to Glenvale County. There will be 17 households being relocated. I enjoyed playing the seventh through tenth generations there and look forward to starting a fresh save in that world.
There will be a lot of prep work, as Glenvale County only has one home and no population. I will be placing a lot of homes and immigrating about 5 families into the town before I move my families there. I hope to publish a chapter in Glenvale County on September 5th.
