Trouble Brewing
I worked out to the radio, then relaxed in the hot tub.
Later, I found Autumn in the living room, and we flirted.
Gavin finished Don’t Talk Back. It’s going to be a hit. I’m proud of my little brother, the author.
Rachel took a break from her magic by playing games on the laptop.
That night, Gavin became an adult.
Rachel also celebrated her birthday and is an adult. She got a new hairdo. It looks nice.
Autumn left work early. When I asked her why she was home so soon, she said she found out she was pregnant.

Later that evening, I yelled at Autumn for something trivial. I apologized right away, but she didn’t talk to me for the rest of the night. I wish I could take back the hurtful words I said.
Jonboy was playing a football game on the computer.
Gavin: I just finished my latest drama and don’t have plans for another one right now. My publisher wants me to try writing science fiction.
Autumn: That doesn’t sound like your style. Actually, I think your painting skills are good enough to illustrate another comic book.
Gavin: Really? Maybe. My publisher doesn’t have any interest in me writing comic books right now. I will write the science fiction she requested and go from there.
Autumn: All right.
Lucas: Did you know that my favorite food is firecracker tofu?
Autumn: No. I’ll have to learn to make that for you. It might be a while since I don’t even know how to cook.
Lucas: There are some cookbooks on the bookshelf, or you could go to the bistro and take a class.
Autumn: I’ll see when the next class is and head to town.
Lucas: Okay.
Rhapsody auditions for another gig. She has a performance at Performance Park on Tuesday at 17:00, and another one at Flying V’s Coffeehouse on Wednesday at 17:30.
I took Autumn out to the bistro for dinner. She thanked me and told me how handsome I looked. I told her that I really liked her hairdo and that she looked lovely.
Gavin had gone out on a date with Carmen Santiago. When he arrived he discovered that she was an elder. They talked for a while. Carmen had never married but was seeing Roger Bowers.
Carmen: I really need to take care of some things so I think I’m going to head out. Sorry!
Gavin watched as she turned away and collapsed to the ground dead.
Autumn:
When we got home, Lucas went straight to bed. Gavin came out on the porch. He blew me a kiss. I was shocked and a bit creeped out by it.
But then he winked at me. He’s so irresistible.
When he complimented me, I was so flattered.
I complimented him back.
Then Rachel came outside on the porch to sit in the rocking chair. Gavin immediately went inside. I regretted what had just happened and hoped she hadn’t seen anything.
I went inside to speak to Gavin.
Autumn: Gavin, how could you flirt with me like that? I’m married to your brother!
Gavin: You flirted with me as well. I can’t help that I am attracted to you.
Autumn: You will have to get over that. I’m not going to ruin my marriage over the likes of you. Don’t ever flirt with me again!
I went upstairs to bed, feeling sad and guilty at the same time.
