Rhapsody the Magician

Shaun:
I woke up to find Misty practicing her hunting skills on the catnip mouse.

She is getting very good. Perhaps she will stalk for prey outside soon.

I was up earlier than usual, so I took care of the vineyard and harvest the plants. The kids don’t let me do anything around the farm any longer. They tell me I’ve put in my time and need to relax more.

Rachel went to Performance Park to meet the proprietor. She wants to be a magician.

She was accepted into the magician’s guild and chose Rhapsody as her stage name. It’s an interesting name. I wish her well.

Lucas:
I met Autumn for lunch at the bistro. We flirted outside after eating.

Then we went to the Summer Festival. The first thing we did was to get a greeting card photo.

I participated in the hot dog eating contest.

I came in last. Pete Riggs was first, and Mindi Bradshaw was second.

Autumn was practicing soccer. Score!

Autumn was chatting with Benito Gray while I made a lime snow cone.

I shouldn’t eat anymore after all those hot dogs, but it was 81° outside, and I needed to cool down.

Autumn made a cherry snow cone.

She found some shade to eat it.

I decided to get in some fishing and caught a minnow.

I was falling asleep on my feet, so I ended our date.

I was so tired I knew it wasn’t safe for me to drive home, so I took a nap on a park bench before going home.

Rachel was performing for tips at Performance Park. She was successful in turning a wand into a bouquet of flowers.

Then she produced a deck of cards out of thin air. She earned §24 in tip for the night.

Shaun:
I was missing Jade, so I went into the nectar cellar to sit in the rocking chair and think of her.

I fell asleep and dreamed that she was still alive. It was a good dream.
