Seven Ghosts and One Death
While the girls were at prom, Michell came into the library and gave me a kiss.
Michell: It’s time for Clara’s birthday.
Brody: I wish Cheri and Peaches were here to celebrate.
Michell: They’re having a good time at the prom. We’ll take lots of pictures.
Brody: Let’s go get the birthday girl.
Clara will fit in anywhere, being friendly, good, and disciplined.
Cheri and Peaches returned from the prom late that evening. They almost missed their curfew.
Cheri was so excited to tell us that she had been voted Prom Queen. She hung up her prom picture above the crown on her desk.
Peaches said she had a good time. She hung her prom picture above her bed.
Clara accidentally dropped Flora on the floor and she came to life!
When Clara sat on the couch, Ember hopped up onto her lap.
Michell and I shared the responsibility of taking care of Chance. I played with him before feeding him and putting him down for the night.
Michell took care of Chance as soon as she got up.
It was a full moon, and the ghosts were plentiful today. My grandfather Cortney, my mom Angelia, my dad Rob, my aunt Ava, and my uncle Ayce were visiting Chance.
My great-grandfather Grady Forsythe was playing on the water slide.
My grandmother Precious Joy Forsythe was on the computer.
My grandfather Cortney was playing Gnubb.
He knocked down the king and won the game!
It was nearly 10 am when Grady finally returned to his grave.
After breakfast, the girls went to school. Michell went outside and made a kraken in the sandbox.
I tended our small garden.
The gnomes were hanging out with Ember and Ratchet.
Dawson got fleas from Joy Archer. He used the pet hygienator to wash himself.
I got a call from Tasha Ainsworth asking me for a date. I immediately told her no. Michell was happy to hear that.
Michell’s father Gilberto Arellano passed away. He was 94.
