Phoenix the Magnificent
September:
After Prom, Phoenix celebrated his birthday. Evan cheered him on.
Phoenix is a Pisces, a loner, natural cook, genius, vegetarian, and is easily impressed. He likes goopy carbonara, Hip Hop music, and the color aqua. His lifetime wish is to become a master magician.
The household was thrown into chaos without the guidance of our parents. We had a family meeting and decided on responsibilities. I will tend the bees. Phoenix has volunteered to take over the cooking and outdoor garden. MaryJo will take care of the chickens. Evan will feed and milk the cows. Parker will take care of Beauty. Bucky is the neat Sim, so he volunteered to keep the house clean. Jean and Penny will tend to the basement garden.
Tending bees is harder than I thought. I had to throw out two bad batches of honey and beeswax because I had disturbed the bees too much while harvesting it. I got the hang of it and the third batch was good.
I’ve decided to be a self-employed painter and write on the side for extra income. I displayed my completed paintings at the local art museum and they all sold. I reached level five of the painter career.
I kept my painting of Calla Lilies and hung it above the bed in our parents’ bedroom. Wanting to feel closer to them, I moved into their room. I made a few modifications to suit my tastes.
Dad came to rock in the chair on the porch and I was a little bit creeped out by it.
Charlotte decided to pay us a visit and sleep on my bed. I think she misses Dad.
Beauty and Willow Fox were getting to know one another. For years, Willow has taken a shortcut through our property on her way home. Now that we have a horse, she stops to visit Beauty.
We had a heavy snowfall. The farm is so pretty in the winter.
It was time for Phoenix to graduate. We all attended his graduation ceremony.
L-R: September, MaryJo, Phoenix, Evan, Bucky, Parker. Penny is hiding behind MaryJo.
Jean almost didn’t make it.
Casey Shepherd-Pinkerton was late.
Phoenix was voted most likely to never leave the house.
~texansky~ I hate that bald Sims have hair with their graduation cap.
I invited Casey over to the house after the ceremony. We had waffles.
We built a snowman under the clear, starry sky.
We had a pillow fight in my bedroom.
We chatted for a bit. I found out that he can’t stand art. I guess we weren’t meant to be. I sent him home.
Phoenix went to Performance Park to talk to the proprietor about joining the magician career.
He was accepted and customized his outfit. His stage name is Phoenix the Magnificent.
