Happy Birthday, Cheri!
Michell gave Dawson some attention.
Michell: Hey there, Dawson. Did you want to be brushed?
Dawson purred happily and leaned into the brush whenever she stroked him.
We had a birthday party for Cheri. Guests included:
Cody Phelps
Daron Forsythe
Inside:
Front L-R: Amanda Archer, Martin Flannagan, Bonnie Phelps
Back L-R: Brianna Strong Jamal and Brooklynn Douglas, Jaron Strong, Keith Douglas, Carson Phelps
Michell decided it would be a good time to kiss me senseless in front of the party guests.
Someone brought deep fried cheese sticks and raspberry pie. Carson grabbed some autumn salad from the buffet table.
Jamal was in mourning for Olivia Douglas. They had been dating when she passed on.
Delores Forte was an uninvited guest.
Jamal’s brother, Keith Douglas, had crashed the party, and then turned into a zombie, and so did Brianna!
~texansky~ I wasn’t having it, so I reset them and sent them home.
It was time for Cheri to blow out her candles. Michell brought her to the birthday cake.
Cheri did a good job blowing out the candles without spitting all over the cake.
Cheri got the first piece of cake.
Cheri is a Capricorn, disciplined virtuoso, who loves the outdoors. She likes Egyptian music, spaghetti with veggie sauce, and the color red.
Her father, Martin Flannagan, sat with her to eat his cake.
Cheri: It’s my birthday today.
Martin: Really? That’s great!
Martin gave Cheri a thumbs up. They seemed to be getting along well.
I also celebrated my birthday quietly. I’m now an adult. I spent some time putting away the leftovers and cleaning the remaining dirty plates. I also cleaned off the buffet table.
When I finished, I went downstairs and gave Michell a shy kiss.
Michell and my sister Brooklynn Douglas played bass together. They did a great job.
Ernie Strong arrived late to the party. He’s a handsome lad, but was always so serious.
