Horses?

Week 9: Monday

Christian:
Before putting MaryJo on the potty, I attacked her with the claw. I’m glad she didn’t wet herself.

The rest of the day passed quickly. September and Phoenix went to school and did their homework. Loni and I took care of MaryJo, Evan, and Parker. Soon it was time for bed.

Loni:

The kids had the day off today. They had finished their homework last night.

Phoenix watched Halls of History on the basement television. We added a couch since he spent so much time down there.

September read Physically Fit to be Tied.

Christian took care of the bees, fed the chickens and collected eggs. He went in for a short break, and then finished his chores by milking the cows.

September: I’ve been thinking about learning how to paint.
Christian: That’s a good hobby. I’ll buy you an easel for your birthday.
September: Thanks, Dad!

I drove the tractor around the field fertilizing, watering, and harvesting the crops.

Phoenix asked Christian for a bedtime story. He decided to climb into our double bed rather than go upstairs to his own bed. He picked out The Wight Wail. I hope he doesn’t have nightmares.

Evan was reading the book about squares, triangles, and other shapes.

MaryJo learned the xylophone… well, she ate the mallet anyway.

Her sister, September cheered her on after cleaning the ancient dragon’s terrarium.

She had put the ancient dragon in her pocket while cleaning the terrarium and took him to school with her. The teacher called and I had to go pick him up. He was so exhausted from his adventure that he went right to sleep.

Parker is now a toddler. His hair is so blonde. I asked Christian about it. He said his mother had the same color hair.

September celebrated her birthday and is now a teenager.

Our ancient dragon passed away tonight while September was at the Summer Festival. I think he may have gotten sick when he went to school with September, but I’m not going to tell her that. He will be missed.

Christian:

I wanted to start raising horses, so I hired a contractor to build a barn. I had hay and a water tank delivered.

I also set up Cavaletti jump trainers and some Dashing trainer posts. I will get some horses on Sunday.

~texansky~ I will no longer be posting their daily finances since they paid off their loan. I have also decided to indicate the week and day one time at the top of each post. Doing so will allow me to enjoy playing the game rather than micromanaging every picture and what day it was taken. I hope you are enjoying my Farming Challenge with a Twist.
