Toddlers Poo Faces
Week 8: Sunday
Christian:
I got up early and visited Aleister’s. I cut a rainbow gem and then consigned the produce from my crops. I forgot to bring the honey and honeycomb I had in the storage bin. I’ll take that in on my next trip.
When I got home, I took care of the bees while Loni tended the chickens and milked the cow.
Loni headed down to the indoor garden and I decided it was time to teach September to talk. She’s catching on pretty quickly.
Loni finished the garden and came into the nursery to take care of Phoenix, but I beat her to it.
Christian: September said her first words while you were downstairs.
Loni: I’m sorry I missed it. I’m so proud of her.
Christian: I can’t believe Phoenix is having a birthday today.
Loni: I’m baked him a cake already.
Christian: Thank you. I was going to run to the market and buy one. You saved me a trip to town.
Loni: I’m going to try to teach September to walk.
I took September into the kitchen where there was more room and stood her up. She was a bit unsteady, but she put one foot in front of the other and stumbled toward me.
Right before she reached me, she lost her balance and almost fell backwards.
I quickly grabbed her just in time and praised her for doing a great job.
I worked with her until it was time to celebrate Phoenix’s birthday. Christian got Phoenix from his crib to him to the cake while I lit the candle. Christian helped Phoenix blow out the candle.
He placed him on the floor and moved away. I was using a noisemaker to help celebrate his birthday.
Phoenix was covered in sparkles… and suddenly, he was a toddler!
Phoenix Payne is a Pisces who is a genius and a loner. He likes goopy carbonara, Hip Hop Music, and the color aqua. He’s such a cutie!
Christian:
After we had cake, I went outside to play fetch with Charlotte.
I’m glad I’m able to spend so much quality time with her.
Loni: I went to bed and then realized that I had not taken Phoenix to the potty yet. While sitting there, Phoenix made the poo face…
…and so did September

Week 8: Monday
Loni:
September has been learning to walk. This morning, she actually walked to me from a farther distance and did not falter once. I think she’s got the hang of it.
Of course I praised her for doing such a great job.
When I put her down, she headed straight for the nursery to read Frank I’m Not, a toddler cooking story.
Phoenix was working on learning to put the shaped blocks in the correct holes in the peg toy box. He’s learning faster than September did.
I had a slice of birthday cake for a snack.
Then I joined Christian in the indoor garden. I can’t believe it’s past 10 pm! We should have taken care of this garden hours ago.
