Week 55: Friday and Saturday

Friday:

Tate has finished his book, Free Verses Not to Free, and will receive §586 in royalties for 6 weeks.

~texansky~ “The iambic pentameters are in place and and now Tate Forsythe-Beam can breathe easy after finishing Free Versus Not to Free. It’s 250 pages of pure poetry!; Tate will receive 6 royalty payments of §586. Payments will be received on Sunday at 12:00.”

Derek just finished a portrait of his older sister, Regan.

~texansky~ “Derek just completed a painting valued at §287. Sell it for cash or drag it onto the wall to hang it.”

There are now a total of 26 portraits on the bedroom level of the basement.

Tate received his first advance from his publisher for his new drama book, The Gosling Goes to Town.

~texansky~ “Tate just got paid §26 for submitting a few chapters of The Gosling Goes to Town to the publisher.

It’s time for Derek and Tammy to graduate. 

The entire household made it on time, except Laurence Burgess-Arce and Aren Forsythe-Arce (at the bottom of the picture) and a few townies who were also late to the ceremony.

~texansky~ Laurence is their uncle, and Aren is their 1st cousin. (I would be unable to keep up with the relationships without the Relationship feature in the Legacy Family Tree software.)

And they are officially graduates! Congratulations, you two! You earned it.

~texansky~ “Congratulations! Derek has graduated from Community High School with Highest Honor! His classmates have voted him Most Likely to Save the World. The future is bright for this young graduate!; Diplomas and awards can be found in Derek’s inventory.

Tate is reading Breaking Wind outside of the school after graduation.

Townie Kareem Osorio (family of 4) invited 4 more people to live in their home. Walter Ornelas and his son Robbie, and Mayra Pierson and her son Drew.
~texansky~ Their move was separated on two notifications. I had to send a construction crew to dig a basement and add two more bedrooms and a bathroom.

Townie Jaime and his father, Alberto Loon-Calhoun, had a falling out, and Jaime decided to get his own place.

Shanon Hamlin-MacDonald was training Allan Hamlin-Forsythe at the gym. Allan is her husband Billie’s uncle.

Allan Hamlin-Forsythe has broken up with Sharla Crouch-MacDonald.

~texansky~ That’s good to hear, for despite being 2nd cousins once removed, she is also his stepdaughter!

Joaquin Burr-Kern had no children but must have had a lot of friends!

His estate appears to have been split between thirteen Sims, including Corinne Burr-Hamlin, who had adopted Luke, his dog.

Einstein and Gloria Hamlin-MacDonald have a son and named him Lonnie!

As soon as she brought the baby home, she placed him on the floor and promptly went to The Water Hole Juice Bar, leaving the children in the care of their father!

Judy is hard at work practicing her sketching. It appears that she may be drawing Derek.

I guess not.

Dax and Joy Brunson-Forsythe had a public argument.

Einstein Hamlin-MacDonald has been promoted to Squad Leader in his Military career.

Gayle Grimm-Forsythe received a promotion in her Law Enforcement career to Desk Jockey.

Shellie Forsythe-Crouch was promoted to Lieutenant in her Law Enforcement career.

Tyler Spann is now a Thug in his Criminal career.
