The Legacy Report – Sims 3 by ~texansky~

Introductions, Catching Up, and Visiting Ghosts:

So, I’ve dusted off Sims 3 and am committed to finishing my Forsythe Legacy Challenge after a five-year break. When I left off, generation 8 was growing up.

Karen had gone to Shang Simla, where she met Zhan Su. They hit it off, and she invited him to return with her.

Zhan Su had asked for blessings from Karen’s parents to marry their daughter. They gave their blessings. Zhan had not asked Karen to marry him yet.

My Forsythe legacy family household currently consists of the following people:

~texansky~ I have the Forsythe family cemetery on the property. Precious Forsythe and her deceased descendants are buried there. I am missing a couple of headstones of significant others who died in Sunset Valley before the devastating tornado trashed their home. The family was unable to salvage those headstones. They moved to Glenvale County to build a new home in a safer neighborhood. Thank you, Rflong7, for this marvelous world!

Karri came to visit. She was married to Tony Forsythe and was the mother of Daniel Forsythe. She was also the stepmother to Oryan and Marita Forsythe, Tony’s alien babies.

I found Daniel in the kitchen eating Autumn Salad. I wonder if he cleaned up after himself?

Zhan and Karen were stargazing together. They do this on their own.

Time for bed! I love that they got up together and did this simultaneously.

Zhan decided to join a journalism career. So now he has a job.

I didn’t get a picture of him in his cute newspaper delivery outfit. I like this one better.

Derek began fishing as a child. He did this autonomously, and because he loves the outdoors, he will fish indefinitely, ignoring his basic needs. I didn’t get any pictures of him fishing as a child.

“Derek now has a good chance of catching some new types of fish. Try out different spots to find different types of fish. Look for hot spots where the fish are most visible, and try switching to a different spot if fish stop biting.

Regan bought a bar and upgraded it to the next level. They added a second level, complete with a dance floor. The family owns almost all of the town now. I will have to check to see if there are other properties/venues they don’t own.
