The Legacy Report – Sims 3 by ~texansky~

I have created two save files for Alryne Valley beta 1.2. These will not work with other versions of the world.

This world does include a Jinx – Raven Shadow rabbit hole door inside the lobby for the science facility. This science facility can be replaced with the Landgraab Science Facility from Sunset Valley. Be sure to use buydebug to remove the fishing spawners before bulldozing my science facility to prepare it properly. This should be the only custom content in Alryne Valley.

The first save file, Alryne_Valley_Lots.sims3, contains the world of Alryne Valley with 49 of 64 residential lots containing homes. The majority of these homes were provided in the bin with the game, and the remainder are homes that I created myself. A detailed list of all of the residential lots, broken down by neighborhood, is located at the bottom of this post. This save file is not populated, and was saved from Edit Town, so there will not be an image on the main menu.

The second save file, Alryne_Valley_Populated.sims3, contains the above save file and is populated with 16 households. The active household is Three’s Company. The Sims in this save range in age from toddler to adult, with the majority being young adult. The Sims households and their members are listed below.

NOTES: The populated save game starts on Monday at 3:07 am, so be ready to pay bills. Also, the two households with kittens (Reedy and Three’s Company) do not have pet items, so you will want to add them. The Time Portal is located behind Waylon’s Haunt at 202 Crimson Lane W as the game was originally started with the Amethyst household living in an apartment and there was nowhere to put it on that lot. The Weather Stone is located on an empty community lot at 104 Crimson Lane E.

SIMS HOUSEHOLDS

Each household lists their current address and a description of the household. I have provided each member’s full name, age, relationship, career, and lifetime wish.

AMETHYST – 204 Aviator Way W – Ami dreams of owning her own vineyard and bottling the best nectar in the valley. Living in an aparment prevents this from becoming a reality. Will she move to the country and pursue her dreams?

There are a total of 64 residential lots. Of those, 16 homes are occupied, 33 homes are vacant, and 15 lots are empty. The areas listed below start north of town at Farmers Close, move south down the west side (Lake Atherton, Aviator Way W, Sugarplum Circle), then east on the south side through Alryne Court, north through the Old Neighborhood (Orchid Way and Ivory Lane) to Crimson Lane, and finally, east to Ocean View Road.
