What Happened In Vegas…

We had one more full day of gambling before we had to say goodbye to Las Vegas. We left with 31% of our gambling budget still in our pockets and had a lot of fun.

We did get a ball worth $600 on one machine yesterday. It has the three chutes in the bonus where balls drop and a loop comes out to stop them. I can’t remember the name of it. I should have taken a picture. (I know “pictures or it didn’t happen”. LOL)

Otherwise we stayed pretty even most of the time. The firecracker / rocket game did us in though. All of the firecrackers were lit except the very last one on all three colors and we couldn’t pop the red or purple at all.

We did pop the green one twice, but it didn’t pay more than $20 to $30 each time.

We put several hundred in the game and ended up leaving it for someone else because we had to go to Mon Bel Ami chapel to renew our vows.

Our flight back was uneventful. We still have a two hour drive before we get home.

Because of what I won in the month prior at my local casino, we didn’t spend any of our money for this trip.

Next time we will have to stay longer and take in a show or two. We didn’t get to Circus Circus, Resorts World, or the Sahara on the north end of the strip and only visited the Bellagio and Cosmopolitan south of the Flamingo.

We’d also like to see Palace Station west of the strip on Sahara Ave.

The chances are slim that we can win enough at our local casino to fund our next trip, but who knows? We’ll have to see.
