11 Homes: Blue Suede Double Wide, Cabin Getaway, Ebony and Ivory Double Wide, Fantasy Fuschia, Green with Envy, Lilac That Double Wide, Marquis Corner, Orchid Manor, Orchid Plantation, Spanish Elegance, and Wild Woodlands.
3 Custom Community Lots: Aedan Springs, Wimborne County Junkyard, and Wimborne Empirical Centre (shown as science center on map).
All of these homes and lots have been placed in the world. I have included the files so you can add them to your library if you wish.
Alryne Valley was created for The Sims 3. The town faces Sunrise Beach and Maramore Ocean to the east and Lake Atherton to the west. The valley is surrounded on three sides by snow-covered mountains. All commercial buildings and venues are located on individual lots (no combination rabbit holes). This was done with the Nothing is Free challenge and the Rebuild the World challenge in mind.
Alryne Valley was originally ranch land owned by Gavin Graham and his wife Ginna. Wanting to retire from ranching, they sold their valley to Garnet and Millie Wimborne. Garnet then donated some land to build the town of Alryne Valley. Wimborne county made up the remainder of the land. The area was founded by couples Aedan and Rowina Alryne and Garnet and Millie Wimborne.
Changes made from Alpha and Beta 1.0:
- Moved abandoned mine spawners as they were spawning inside the mine.
- Moved beach spawners further away from water as they were spawning in the water and could not be collected.
- Changed road to lakeside cabin from pavement to dirt.
- Added six mobile homes and four other homes to world. The Cabin Getaway was already included in Alpha. See home details below.
- Updated Sunrise Beach to add lounge chairs, lifeguard towers, and different outhouses. Confirmed that the bar has a mixologist.
- Verified that the coastline has the original palm trees from Alpha.
- Moved fish spawners closer to shore along coastline as well as in Lake Atherton.
- Adjusted fresh water designators.
- Added a hill between Alryne Court and Aviator Way. Added Sims non-routable paint along the top of the hill to prevent Sims from taking the shortcut.
- Turned rabbit hole door around at the Wimborne Empirical Centre.
- Added custom commercial lots of Wimborne County Junkyard, Aedan Springs, and Wimborne Empirical Centre to the world.
