Chapter 9 of the Nothing is Free Challenge

Holly Friendly mastered cooking and read all of the recipes.
As a result, she could build and open Nelson’s Café. Brad had found some Tiberium and the resulting spire was just enough to pay for the property. The family savings account dwindled to §9,672.
Samuel celebrated his birthday!
Samuel McKnight has the following traits: Disciplined, Virtuoso, Hydrophobic, and Athletic.
Sheldon gave Peaches the potion to make his Imaginary Friend real.
Meet Patti Friendly. Her traits are Genius, Family-Oriented, Perceptive, and Angler. She likes Songwriter music, cobbler, and the color purple. She will master her fishing skills to open up the fishing spot in the southeast.
Michelle made her imaginary friend real.
Meet Lucy Friendly. Her traits are Over-Emotional, Disciplined, Virtuoso, and Eco-Friendly. She likes Chinese music, Potato and Truffle Torte, and lime green. She will master an instrument to build a theater in town.

Children: Shaun, Sheldon, Samuel, Michelle, and Sheri. The eldest twins are on the outside, the younger twins are on the inside, and the youngest, Samuel, is in the middle.
Michelle mastered the logic skill. She can build a hospital as soon as the family can afford it. They need another §70,000 to pay the contractors.
